Great location, very much like a business type hotel. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Wifi not that great.

Nice hotel for short or even mid-term stays.

The location is pretty convenient. Although the hotel is a bit old which can be seen in the rooms, I like the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel.

It is visible that the rooms need some renovation. The pool was closed during my stay.

Limited choice of good, as only buffet offered in Resturant while Ramadan. Should had other options, also very little choice for Vegan, hence buffet not an option

Well located in the. City centers with it's malls. 10 min from PETRONAS Towers by feet. In the hotel itself is a Restaurant, a Fitness room, and small grocery store

Smell the A/C. Similar to a car perfume flavour tree (fruit/flower) Rooms and it's furniture could be renewed.

Decent stay.

The pool was great, there was a shallow pool for kids and an adult pool. Towels provided and there were some nice chairs and sun loungers. Breakfast was good; a decent range of Malaysian, British and kid-friendly foods. Nice selection of fruit, veggies, and pastries. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There was a trainee at reception who was absolutely lovely. The reception staff were smiling and happy to help. The restaurant staff were very polite. Free parking on site. Nice shower in the room. Very basic toothbrushes/toothpaste and razor provided. Mini fridge and safe in room. Great location; it was about a 5 minute drive to the convention centre. A couple of good bars/restaurants in the area. 7 eleven around the corner and a couple of mini marts around, all within walking distance. Hard rock cafe right next to the hotel- not our cup of tea but nice and close if that's your kind of scene.

Although the swimming pool was good, it closed fairly early at 7pm. Would be good to extend the hours to 9pm or 10pm. There was no play area for children- this would be a good idea to incorporate for families. The cafe in the hotel did not allow children after 6pm as there is live music in the evenings (good singer, decent music but nothing to write home about). Breakfast food is the same every day; so if you have a longer stay you may get bored with the same options daily. Free parking, however the parking garage ramps were very tight and small, especially if you have a larger vehicle you have to take the ramps very carefully and slowly. The room was tiny; we were very disappointed with the size. Looks larger in the pictures. The iron and ironing board are very old fashioned. Tiny kettle provided but no tea/coffee maker as advertised. Wee drawers and a couple of coat hangers provided. While the shower is good, there was only a tiny amount of shampoo/conditioner provided and a tiny amount of shower gel and lotion. No bathrobe provided and the slippers are as thin as cardboard. Room service has small portions but it's ok if you're desperate to eat in your room. We checked out early as we had to head home; the staff did not ask the reason or checked in if everything was ok. I expected them to at least ask if everything was fine as we checked out one night early.

Comfortable to reside.

The breakfast is always excellent. Staff are always very nice,helpful and friendly.Room view is great.

Maybe it’s time for the hotel to upgrade some room for disabled guests , and replace their wheelchair.

OUTSTANDING Value for Money in a great part of town.

This hotel is in a great part of town. If you dont know KL, dont worry, everything is close by. The breakfast in the Premier club was outstanding, and the service was wonderful too. And it was next to the pool, which only increased the ambiance of the space. The evening premier club cocktail service is great after a crazy day. I cannot fault this hotel as it provided everything with great value for money. And its next door to a Hard Rock Cafe if you need burgers and booze and really relaxed fun service. Its not normally my thing because I want to eat and explore the local food, but I was very positively surprised when we popped in for a beer,

There were renovations going on in the rooms around us during the day, which was loud. BUT, we spent the day wandering the city, so it was of no concern to us.

Pleasant stay.

Breakfast was good although its mostly repetitive. No complaints though. Love love their coffee machine coffee! Their pastries are good too. Particularly enjoyed the chocolate croissant/pain au chocolat! Steamed chinese chicken bun was also good. Nasi lemak rice was fluffy and nice. There is abit of inconsistency in some of their food. But overall no complaints. Room was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms with very good water supply both hot and cold.

Parking space is quite narrow and pretty far away from the lobby. It can be a little troublesome. The rooms are not sound proof. If youre a light sleeper, then it can be an issue for you.
